Why do you use Germanium in your health products?

Germanium, an organic compound, has long been used in the semi-conductor industry to aid the transfer of component signals.
Now, through cutting-edge technology, we're able to take those electron-transferring properties and invest them in the fibers of our material, called CHIO CLEAN.
These fibers, once they touch your warm skin, release negative electrons which not only balance your blood flow but work to alleviate muscular pain.

Can your products be washed? What happens if I wear them in the shower?

Our complete line of products is unaffected by water.
As our CHIO CLEAN line is not dipped in any solution, but instead, literally impregnated with Germanium powder crafted to the most minute specifications, none of the beneficial effects of the Germanium can be "washed out." You're free to wash (and dry!) our products as well as wear them comfortably in the shower.

What about pacemakers? Is this product similar to magnetic items?

Those with pacemakers are completely able to use our products with no worries at all.
There is nothing magnetic in our CHIO CLEAN line and nothing to interfere or disrupt medical pacemakers.
Our entire Germanium line is completely organic and consists of cotton and rayon fabrics.

How long will these products last?

The Germanium in all of our CHIO CLEAN products will last years and years.
The material is subject to the normal wear and tear of everyday use.

What if I get a rash from your product?

Although it is extremely rare, should you notice a rash developing as a result of using our products, please discontinue use immediately.

Can I wear more than I product at a time? What effect will this have?

Please do! None of the products will interfere with each other at all. In fact, more localized contact with the skin in a part of our body experiencing pain will increase the likelihood that pain diminishes faster.

Can I wear your products while I am sleeping?

You certainly may although care should be taken when wearing the necklaces at night.
